What this process does for you:

These cartridges expire after "x" amount of copies (actually it's drum rotations), for the most part these units still have a lot of life left in them at that point but you don't have any choice but to throw them away... until now.

What happens when we put a cartridge with a modified chip in a copier? Well the machine thinks it's a new cartridge so it goes through the same process! The cartridge life counter in the machine gets cleared, it goes through the ATDC level reading (F8), stabilization, and then you're all set. The copier thinks you put in a new cartridge!

Expect to see another 1 or 2 full cycles out of your IU's.
